Saburi Chirimi is based in the Burness Nairobi office, where she works with a dynamic team to bring awareness to Africa’s most pressing issues. In her time at Burness, she has focused in areas ranging from agriculture to food security to climate change, land rights and health, securing high-profile media coverage in Africa, Asia, Europe and North and South America.

Prior to joining Burness, she worked in the fields of business development, brand development, project management, training and capacity building and customer relationship management in the for-profit and humanitarian sectors. She holds an honors degree in management information systems.

Saburi lives in Nairobi and enjoys the outdoors.
