Maya Brod
Senior Associate
As a senior associate at Burness, Maya brings expertise in strategic communications, media relations, writing, and project management. She focuses on a range of issues in health and community development, working with clients like the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the Commonwealth Fund, and Project ECHO.
Prior to Burness, Maya led communications and online outreach for Young Invincibles (YI), a national nonprofit dedicated to empowering young Americans, and earlier worked on Capitol Hill for Congresswoman Kathy Dahlkemper.
Maya graduated from Allegheny College with degrees in political science and communications. In her free time, she enjoys curling up with a good book, travelling, cooking, and planning her next trip with her husband and young son. She lives in Boston, MA.
