She combined her love of science with her interest in writing and communications early on, and ultimately landed happily in public interest communications at Burness.
What Drives You?
As an eternal science nerd, my personal and professional passion is to inspire science and health researchers to speak up clearly so their work can be heard, and understood, in order to make a difference in policy decision making. And as a former PTA president, I’m passionate about making sure all children receive the best K-12 education and mentoring support as they make decisions on career or college.
Favorite Movie
The Sound of Music. I played a nun in a high school performance of the musical, and I know every note, lyric and line. I watch it every year, and yes I sing along.
