Kayla White

Coordinator, Global

Kayla White joined Burness in August 2014 as a Communications Coordinator for BurnessGlobal. She supports the team in the area of global health, focusing primarily on issues surrounding tuberculosis, malaria and neglected diseases.

She studied abroad in Paris where she volunteered as an English teacher in a local elementary school and also interned for an event planning agency in Montreuil, France, creating new event activities, translating promotional documents to accommodate English-speaking audiences, and photographing the events. At Amherst College, Kayla worked for the Office of Admission as a diversity intern, organizing programs for high school seniors of low-income and minority backgrounds to visit the college.

She is a 2014 graduate of Amherst College with a dual degree in French and Psychology. She loves playing tennis, dancing and doing film photography. She is fluent in French.
