SXSW Interactive Keynote Speaker Baratunde Thurston, the director of digital at The Onion, reminded a technology-driven crowd that humanity and humor to can help us all achieve greater freedom.  He shared examples of brave satirists around the world who have spoken truth through comedy to inspire change admist oppressive regimes. From China and Egypt, to Iran and Nigeria, we compiled a Pinerest board of these great examples illustrating the power of levity and storytelling through satire.
